Hi,
I'm a Dommel customer since november 2006 (netconnect). Very satisfied until a few weeks.
Like many people, with the Belgacom Discovery Line price upgrade, I decided to order the homeconnect modem. I sent the contract on 10/09.
Since… I still have not received the activation letter. I sent many emails to Dommel. And only one reply on 30/09 : "Your activation is been requested, so you will have it shortly". They even sent me the invoice for the first month (26/10->26/11).
As you can imagine, I began to be very pissed about Dommel and I think to terminate my contract. But can I resell the homeconnect modem ? Because I have already used the key when I generated my contract.
Or maybe you'll tell me that's normal and that I should just wait…
