DLM upgrade komt 15 dagen na helpdesk "ik zal aan Belgacom vragen om te kijken of uw lijn sneller kan", en 94 dagen na vdsl poortwissel (het uitblijven van DLM was de reden om de helpdesk in te schakelen). Volgens de uitleg van DLM: http://userbase.be/forum/viewtopic.php?t=37511 vermoed ik dat de helpdesk een TBF startte die na 10 dagen evalueren DLM actief zette, en dan na 2 DLM evaluatiecycles (0.5 + 2 dagen) de beslissing tot verhoging nam die dan ongeveer 3 dagen later inging.
Conclusie: misschien is het dus best om na een vdsl poortwissel zelf een automatische lijntest (TBF) te starten?
