VPN ip masquerade

Beste UB'ers,

Ik heb bij digitalocean een servertje draaien. Daar heb ik pptp vpn op werkende gekregen, maar nu wil ik dat als ik online ga het ip van server getoond wordt, om dus oa aan amerikaanse diensten zoals netflix te kunnen zonder te moeten prutsen met dns of weetikveel.

Nu pptp werkt, ik kan er op connecteren, maar het ip gedoe heb ik nog niet aan de praat gekregen.

Iemand suggesties om mijn server ip aan de praat te krijgen?

Ik vermoed dat als je in de client-configuratie kan opgeven dat alle extern verkeer langs de VPN geredirect moet worden, je effectief met het IP-adres van DigitalOcean op het internet zal komen.
Bij OpenVPN moet de optie redirect-gateway gezet zijn.

Euh, ok, dat was het dus.

Spijtig dat die optie standaard niet aangevinkt is in osx.
