British Telecom to launch per-minute mini-trial
In the UK we've seen no limit to the creative DSL cap and billing options providers will attempt, from DSL that's only un-metered from 1am to 6am, to DSL that only works on nights and weekends. According to ADSL Guide and the Register, British Telecom plans to explore billing broadband users by the minute this summer.

en niet te vergeten dat in de landen over het kanaal ADSL maar 512kbit is. Ik zit voor het werk vaak in Dublin, en op het appartement (van t werk) beschik over zo'n lijntje. Voordeel is dat enkel download (8GB) word getelt, upload is unlimited. PS dit kost dus €54 per maand in ierland (ze hebben ook een formule van 4GB down en 1G up kost 40€)
