Since yesterday eve, I experience problems with Dommel. At the moment, I cannot connect to internet. Their offices are closed even it is a business day today. On top of this, their 0903* number is also not available.
Am I the only one?

Offtopic: Als je zelf al ziet dat de topic starter in het Engels begint dan hoef je hier geen onzinnige reactie te plaatsen zoals je nu gedaan hebt. Hou dan gewoon je mond bij manier van spreken en laat de mensen die wel Engels kunnen dan gewoon reageren. Dit is nog altijd een forum die zich op het Internet bevindt en iedereen is vrij zich te registreren en te posten. Mocht het nu nog in het Afrikaans, Arabisch of Roemeens zijn, OK. Maar Engels? - Very bad connection on Thursday 21/05, Friday 22/05 and Saturday 23/05. Loosing my ADSL link after 3 minutes of surfing
- Sunday 24/05 was OK
- Now, at Sunday night terrible again...
Tried different telephone plugs in my house, upgraded Router Firmware (DLink 2740B)
Which I could reach Dommel Support...

Thursday was a holiday, I suppose they took a long weekend, including Friday on support. The 0903 has been down for a while, as it was against the law (too expensive). Try calling their regular helpdesk number today.

Thank you for your responds, my connection is back again since Sunday morning. All day long, everything worked as expected.
I still do not know what was the cause of the outage but I am all set now which all matters for me at the moment,
