Het US supreme court heeft blijkbaar beslist dat Lexmark geen patentrecht kan inroepen om te vermijden dat klanten hun cartridges zouden bijvullen met goedkopere inkt.
Eenmaal verkocht, heb je als maker nog maar beperkt recht om te beslissen wat er met je materiaal gebeurt.
