Return bbox2 - sorry about the english

Hi userbase.be gurus - I have a bbox2 from my old place in Brussels (I moved to a new apartment a few months ago). I am no longer with Proximus now. However, I am getting a bill from the collections agency 'intrum' that I owe 110 euros for the bbox2 modem. I have tried to call them and say that my account is closed now, but am getting no clear answer on where to return the modem and how to get my account closed. Can someone point me in the right direction? Where can I return the modem please? And is there a number to call to close out my account?

You can go to any Proximus shop in Belgium. There must be one near to your place.
Take your b-box2 and your latest Bill (with Phone nr or customer nr).

You can also call 0800 55800 (english helpdesk).

You can also message them on Twitter(instead of phone) if you're more comfortable with that. @proximus is their handle.

Ignore the collections completely.
Go to a Proximus shop with your modem, last bill and, if you have it, proof of the termination of your subscription.
