Ipness VOIP provider now charges DID numbers?

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the message in English... I have question for the users of Ipness VOIP. Three months ago I signed up for the account, and they offered free belgian DID numbers for their users. I have paid 15 euros of prepaid credit, and got a number for free. I spent 2-3 euros of my credit in last three months, and this morning I got email that my account is at 0 euros and that I have to refill it. After email to their support, I have been told that I should read paragraph on their webpage stating:
"A minimum usage of €15 of your credit is required every three months. If € 15 has not been used it will be automatically deducted from your available credit. You will be reminded by email and voice messaging to re-load your account. Account balance and call history are available online at anytime with your login name and password."
When I have signed up for the account, I do not remember seeing this paragraph. Also, I noticed that now they are charging DID number setup (3 months ago it was free). I believe that this rule of paying 15 EUR every 3 months is recently introduced, but I would like that somebody confirm me if this is right. I do not have problems paying 15 EUR each 3 months to keep my number alive, but I want to be informed about the new rules when changed, or before taking away all my remaining calling credit. They could at least send mail in advance saying that they would delete all my credit if I do not pay more...
