I got the visit of a technician of Belgacom. He told me that there was no problem with my phone instalation. But for EDPnet this technician was incompetent.
No offence, but when i hear Belgacom technicians & none Skynet ISP's, my heart stops moving. Its a general known fact that it's never Belgacom's fault. The detail that there are loos wire's in there phone box at the end of the street, well ... no, its the competing ISP's fault, Belgacom is always right, and there equipment is never at fault. Just go Skynet, and all will work perfectly, thats what they like to say.
That's the problem when you have the Phone/ADSL line provider & there own ISP. What better way to get customers by making it look like it's the competing ISP's fault, and your own hardware is not at fault.
Let me guess Libra, you are now at Skynet?
And if you think Belgacom technician's can't be incompetent, trust me, seen my fair share of not so bright ones ( they aren't all like it, but when you have bad luck, you get one of those

). When something is hardware related, you can be daim sure its a) the cable, b) the central, c) your modem. And your description looks way to much hardware related, something that is out of EDPnet's hands.
