For unknown reason moved from 38/8 to 14/1 speed
several days ago. Contacted Proximus many times but seems technical support does not know a lot about VSDL2.
Reinstall and clean cables and go from Training/Att 23/13 to 35/9. Seems signal noise rate is excellent but
14/1 is below minimum required ...
