ik heb de laatste telemeter(3.5h) geinstalleren op windows xp x64

als ik het wil opstarten krijg ik de foutmelding:
This application as failed to start because SSLEAY32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

ik heb geprobeert te herinstalleren maar steeds ...
